What we will talk about:
During this session, we will discuss co-regulation, a strong and effective sensory experience families can facilitate with their children to help calm and organize their bodies. Effective and consistent co-regulation experiences can help children with all disabilities develop their self-regulation skills. Teachers support self-regulation skills at school to allow students to adjust their reactions to strong emotions. Join us as we discuss helpful tips to help you, and your child get through stressful environments and situations in our home communities.
