All families will be asked to complete the NYC Schools Survey again this school year. As was the case last year, all students should have a survey completed on their behalf. This includes one survey for every student, NOT every family. Families that have multiple students in our school should fill out a survey for each student.
Families will not receive access codes. Paper surveys will be handed out the week of 2/26 - 3/1. Please return any completed survey in the provided envelope to the classroom teacher!
Families should enter a lower case "f" followed by the child's OSIS number to access the survey online. They can find the survey by accessing their NYC School's Account or at the following link:
This year, we are offering a chance for parents to win Target gift cards and other prizes in a school raffle for completing the survey.
***Any parent who sends back a completed hard copy of the survey will be automatically entered into the raffle drawing. Parents who complete the survey online will need to send a screenshot of the confirmation message that is shown when the survey is completed to their child’s classroom teacher in order to be entered in the raffle.
***In addition to these ways of being entered in the raffle, we will have laptops set up in the cafeteria for parents on the Literacy & Science night on February 29th and parents who complete the survey then will be entered into the contest.
